Taking ARVs when you are out of PrEP is not a good idea. Using other
people’s ART pills can lead to side effects, allergic reactions, make the medicine less effective, or you (or your friend) can end up without enough medication.
Going to the clinic could feel like a waste of time. But looking after your health and your future is the best use of your time there is.
